“Safety Culture” workshop

The ” Safety Culture Workshop” is part of the cycle of initiatives organized by techfem focused on risk prevention and safety in the workplace.

The training meeting took place online and was attending by more than 130 people including Techfem collaborators, clients and contractors who work with our company.

Human factor, key concepts of the BBS behavioral safety process, importance of reporting nearmisses: these are the mani focuses discussed during the meeting thanks to the participation and guidance of three experts: Gialnuca Giagni, Fabio Tosolin and Carlo Bisio.

We believe that the tendency to act in safety respecting the safety principles should be motivated and cultivated through constant training and information.
