Today at the Hydrogen Technology World Expo in Hamburg, together with Domenico Macrì, we presented the study “A Comparative LCoP Analysis of SAF Production via Methanol and Fischer-Tropsch Routes”.
The study explores the potential and challenges of new Sustainable Aviation Fuels, highlighting key cost drivers, technological bottlenecks, and the role of renewable hydrogen and captured CO2 in enabling large-scale deployment.
It was inspiring to share our techno-economic analysis and discuss new perspectives with industry experts in the “Hydrogen Derivatives & Sustainable Fuels” session, a community united by the goal of decarbonizing hardtoabate sectors.
