The continuous development work on safety is a fundamental pillar of our Industrial Plan and led, in 2023, to the launch of the SafetyONtechfem campaign—an initiative that embodies targeted training and the shared commitment to safety principles across our company.
The training dedicated to our CSE (Health and Safety Coordinators) team allows us to rely on professionals with outstanding technical and communication skills.
Our Construction Supervision teams regularly participate in coaching and training sessions designed to promote the essential idea of SAFETY as a shared, common good.
It is precisely through our on-site teams that we want to spread the message that safety is something we build together.
