Subscription to the Equal Opportunities and Workplace Equality Charter

Techfem, represented by our colleague Francesco Ganci, has signed the Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work, as part of an initiative promoted by the Unione Industriali Torino and the Sodalitas Foundation.
Together with 87 other companies affiliated with the Turin branch of Confindustria – representing over 16,000 employees in total – we have taken a concrete step toward building a more equitable and inclusive work environment.

📄 The Charter is the Italian adaptation of the European Commission’s Diversity Charters and represents a tangible commitment to:

✅ Combating all forms of discrimination and prejudice
✅ Fostering a positive and innovative internal climate
