This year Techfem achieved the necessary  score to obtain the BAQ (Bollino per l’Alternanza di Qualità) from Confindustria.

The BAQ is a reward for Techfem’s commitment to cooperate with high schools and professional training centers in our territory.

We have always provided training experiences to the young workers of tomorrow, helping them to interact in a professional environment and counter the mismatching skills phenomenon.
